Included in the ticket price for children is either a stroller or a car seat. If you would like to bring both you will have to pay for the extra one according to our list of optional fees and charges.
Car seats can only be taken on board if there is a spare seat available. If there isn't, the car seat will be checked-in at the check-in desk or at the gate and put with the hold baggage. Please note that unless the car seat is marked "Airplane Approved", the child is not permitted to sit in the car seat during take-off and landing.
Strollers and car seats should be packed in special bags designed for the equipment, or in a padded case.
All odd-size baggage, such as children's car seats and strollers, needs extra protection and should be packed to withstand normal baggage handling. Certain items are not designed for air travel and therefore need extra protection. It is the owners responsibility to ensure that all baggage is properly packed. We bare no liability if damage occurs to baggage that is not properly packed.
