Welcome to Brussels!
Brussels is the kind of brilliant city that has a ton going on, but doesn’t put on airs about it. It’s one of the most diverse cities in the world, as it’s the would-be Capital of the EU, but it’s so much more than that. Historic yet fashionable, Brussels is a city where you can see great sights and museums, explore the lively party scene, and ramble historic streets, and feel welcomed the entire time. Doesn’t get much better than that.
Best in Brussels
There’s a damn good reason why Belgium exports over 400,000 tons of chocolate every year: It’s the best in the world! The good news is that you can’t swing an accordion without hitting some of the finest purveyors around. Take a peek into a few of the great names, but make sure to at least stop by Pierre Marcolini, who pride themselves on their hand selected beans. One taste, and you’ll know why we call them the best.
Beer in Brussels!
Belgium makes some of the best beer in the world. How about we head down the street to any one of the great places in Brussels for a delicious brew? You can get seriously incredible suds all over the city, and you can try almost anything out at the Delirium Cafe, with over 2,000 beers, just waiting for you. Or, if you are into lambics or other old style sour beers, check out Cantillon. We didn’t care for it much, but that’s just our take on it.
