Web check-in (WCI) is available for all WOW air destinations from 24-hours and up to one hour before the flight’s scheduled departure. Please note that online check-in for VIA flights to the US opens 24-hours before the second flight of the journey.
Please note that online check-in is not available for bookings with more than 9 guests.
After completing web check-in, you can no longer change your flight, edit passenger names, or choose a seat assignment. You can still add baggage and special equipment, but only through the WCI-portal at the same online price (not through WOW air's My booking/Manage booking).
You can print your boarding pass immediately, or chose to receive an email to download to Wallet (iPhone) or PassWallet (Android/Windows). You can use your tablet or smartphone to scan your digital boarding pass at security, or bring a printed copy.
Please note! Guests traveling from SFO/LAX/BWI/BOS/EWR will need to print out their boarding cards after checking-in online. An electronic boarding pass is not sufficient.
If you have carry-on baggage only, you may proceed directly to security.
If you have baggage to check-in, please deliver your baggage at the WOW air baggage drop. Please note, at Keflavik airport (KEF), we offer kiosks where you can print out your bag tag and deliver your baggage at the self-service baggage drop.
Please note that all passengers must have a valid passport for international travel. For some countries the passport must be valid for six months from the date of entry. This differs depending on destination and your nationality. Each passenger is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents.
